This is Where the prop of the ship was set up.

The rock formation to the left is actually that chasm portrayed earlier--the one where Ronnie walks away from the camera at the end of the video.

To the right is white beach where most of the fans shots around camp fires were set up.

Here we see the shot where the band was set up.

It is interestingly out on a jutting section of solid rock coming out and away from the beach head, surrounded on three sides by water.

If you look at the rock formation in the fore front you will also recognize this quite easily in the video.

In the background we see where the waves came from to crash upon the shore behind the band as they played for the video shoot.

This is one of the lower sections to the rec area right before the beach. This was where the lunch area and staging area for all the fans that were invited down to be included in  the shoot.

This is also where Joe met Ronnie for the first time.

Comments: This beach was named after Leo Carrillo, a popular radio and TV performer. This particular state beach allows leashed dogs. The only restriction is that they are not allowed between towers two and three (the busiest part of the beach). You and your pup can stroll along the rest of this 1.5 mile long beach. If you want a longer walk, go back under the freeway and there are miles of dog-friendly trails. The mountain trail can have ticks and rattlesnacks nearby, so be careful! A small general store is located on the mountain side of the freeway. Here you can grab some snacks and other items. The park is located on Hwy 1, approximately 30 miles northwest of Santa Monica.
